BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND ATTENDING FLAGSTAFF CREEPY CON, YOU AGREE TO THE EVENT TERMS BELOW.
ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is officially cancelled. If postponed, The purchaser has the option of a full refund minus any fees or hold on to ticket for new date. If a new Date is not announced within 30 days. A full refund will issued to the form of payment.
EVENT CHANGES
Event details including guests, schedules, panels, and experiences are subject to change without notice.
- Guest cancellations or schedule changes do not qualify for refunds.
- If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. OR purchaser is given the option for a full refund minus fees.
GUEST EXPERIENCES
Some guests may charge additional fees for autographs, photo opportunities, or other special experiences. This is the guest setting the terms and pricing. Flagstaff Creepy Con has no control of this.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Flagstaff Creepy Con is a safe space, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Violation may result in removal without refund.
- Serious violations may lead to a permanent ban from future events.
COSPLAY & PROP POLICY
Cosplay is encouraged but must remain family-friendly. No real or functional weapons are allowed. All props are subject to inspection and approval at entry.

- No outside food or beverages are permitted. All attendees must follow venue policies, posted safety procedures, and staff instructions.
LIABILITY
- By attending, you assume all risks associated with a live event. Flagstaff Creepy Con and its organizers are not responsible for injury, or for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
- Flagstaff Creepy Con reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for violating event rules, venue requirements, or staff direction
