Welcome to the cosplay contest at Flagstaff Creepy Con! To help everything run smoothly and keep the contest fun for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
All contestants must register in advance at the designated Cosplay Contest Registration Area before the contest begins. Contestants who do not register before the posted deadline will not be eligible to compete.
During registration, contestants may go through a brief pre-judging process. This is your chance to share important details about your costume, craftsmanship, character choice, and any special elements judges should know. Final stage presentation may be limited to a walkthrough or brief on-stage appearance, so pre-judging helps judges fully appreciate your work.
All cosplay entries must remain family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience. Costumes should provide adequate coverage and comply with event rules and venue standards. Flagstaff Creepy Con reserves the right to require costume modifications if an outfit is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
All contestants must report to the Main Stage staging area at least 30 minutes before the contest start time. Please check the official event schedule for exact contest timing.
